Ik heb Peer leren kennen bij Liberty Global International waar hij in 6 maanden tijd structuur heeft gebracht, richting heeft aangegeven en fundament heeft gelegd voor de verdere ontwikkeling van recruitment . Peer heeft zeer veel verstand van recruitment op zowel strategisch, tactisch alswel operationeel niveau. Hij zou ook goed ingehuurd kunnen worden daar waar het gaat om een adviserende rol en dan doel ik met name op crisis management, dus tijdelijke opvang van grootschalige projecten op het gebied van recruitment, outsourcing en talent management.
